Before we get started

Questions from
public-sector teams.

The right engagement starts with clear expectations on coverage, access, scope, and ownership.

Can you work alongside our existing IT department?

Yes. Co-managed support can add help desk capacity, specialist assistance, field work, or project delivery while your team retains its internal responsibilities. We agree on access, ownership, and escalation paths before work begins.

Do we need a long-term managed IT agreement?

Not for every engagement. A defined assessment, repair program, migration, or modernization project can be scoped separately. Ongoing support is discussed based on your agency’s needs.

Where is onsite support available?

CyberGarde is based in Coral Springs and serves Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties. Onsite coverage, remote support, travel, and any work outside South Florida are confirmed during scoping.

How are response times and after-hours needs handled?

Response targets, escalation contacts, coverage hours, and any after-hours support are defined in the agreed service scope. We discuss the impact of each system before recommending a support model.

Can you work with agency-specific security and procurement requirements?

We review access approvals, personnel screening, data-handling requirements, documentation, and procurement conditions during scoping. Responsibilities and required evidence are confirmed before work is accepted.

What should we send to start the conversation?

Share your organization, locations, approximate user or device count, systems involved, priority issues, and target timing. Include a public solicitation number when relevant. Do not send passwords, security-sensitive diagrams, or restricted records through the public contact form.
